We want you to ride safely, and if you want to ride your motorcycle overseas, most countries require that you have a full Stateside license. The basic riders training course may be mandatory at your base and may be offered free of charge. For more information contact your local on-base safety office.
We’ll help you get it through THE MILITARY RIDERS ACADEMY.
- Up to $200 reimbursement of the motorcycle training course fee at an industry approved Motorcycle Safety Foundation, dealer sponsored Riders Edge, or any other accredited basic riders training course, when you purchase and take delivery of a motorcycle through Exchange New Car Sales.
- Up to $200 reimbursement if course is taken within 6 months prior to deployment, when you purchase and take delivery of a motorcycle through Exchange New Car Sales.
- Three or five day course
- Discount on motorcycle insurance **
- Exemption from written and or riding portion of motorcycle test **
- MSF/Ridercourse© completion card
- Access to ENCS certified training consultants
Q: Who is eligible for this special purchasing program?
A: If you’re assigned overseas on active duty in any branch of the U.S. military, or in the National Guard or Reserves, you are eligible to purchase a Harley-Davidson or Buell motorcycle.† However, you must place your order with Exchange New Car Sales BEFORE you go back to CONUS.
Q: What if I’m not returning to the States anytime soon?
A: If it’s not possible for you to order a current model, you can still order a motorcycle from the next model year. When you do, you’ll be sure of getting one of the first motorcycles of that year. And, best of all you’ll be protected from future price increases.
For over 30 years, military members have taken advantage of the Harley-Davidson Military Sales Program while overseas. Now it’s your time to ride, and Exchange New Car Sales is ready to serve you at our on-base locations throughout Europe, Pacific and the Persian Gulf, including locations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
